Return & Exchange Policy

1. Order Inspection Upon Delivery:
Customers must inspect their order while the courier is present and confirm the color and size before accepting the delivery.

2. Exchange Conditions:

Exchange is only allowed in case of a verified manufacturing defect.
The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order, and the item must remain in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with the tag and packaging intact.
The customer bears the additional shipping cost for exchanges.
The refund will be processed within 15 days after the courier collects the exchanged item.

3. No Returns or Exchanges After Delivery:
Once the courier leaves, returns or exchanges for any other reason will not be accepted.
