Return & Exchange Policy

1. Order Inspection Upon Delivery:
Customers must inspect their order while the courier is present and confirm the color and size before accepting the delivery.

2. Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchange is only allowed in case of a verified manufacturing defect.
  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order, and the item must remain in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with the tag and packaging intact.
  • The customer bears the additional shipping cost for exchanges.
  • The refund will be processed within 15 days after the courier collects the exchanged item.

3. No Returns or Exchanges After Delivery:
Once the courier leaves, returns or exchanges for any other reason will not be accepted.
